So here you are ready to begin yoga and that’s all you need to do…just begin from wherever you are in life. Whether your flexible or not, younger or older, yoga is here for everyone. At Peace Out Yoga, you’re in a safe and inspirational environment that will support your practice and growth.
Students new to the practice of yoga are encouraged to attend our YogaIntro workshop. This 3-hour workshop is designed to introduce new students to the physical practice of yoga in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner. The classes are small, so students receive more individual attention, detailed instructions, hands-on assists and propping assistance.
Our YogaIntro is perfect for those with little or no experience, as well as experienced students who may want to review the fundamentals of physical yoga movements.
