Honour your body and mind because it will feel different every day. Listen to your limits.
Be aware of comparing and competing with yourself and others and let it go.
Sometimes releasing physical tension also releases emotions. Welcome this.
Arrive 15 minutes before class to register and meet your teacher.
Bring a towel, water and refrain from eating right before class.
Wear comfortable clothing, that you can move easily in and is close to your skin.
Let your teacher know before class of any injuries or other conditions.
