Yoga Lab provides you a more in-depth look at helpful techniques for arm balances, head and handstands than what you would normally receive in a regular class.
Preparation and consistency (Tapas) is key and together we‘ll learn and practice:
- Proper body alignment including hands, shoulders, pelvis and legs.
- Safe Preparatory exercises.
- Proper entry, holding and exiting techniques.
- Effective engagement of muscle groups.
- Effective core and shoulder strengthening techniques.
- Balance techniques to deepen confidence.
- Safe falling techniques for coming in and out of inversions.
All this can be applied at your own pace in deepening your understanding of rising up from the floor and maybe even understanding yourself better.
