This Yoga beginner's workshop - for men only - is designed to slowly and safely introduce you to a yoga practice that will benefit your body and your mind in yoga and in your everyday life. Increase flexibility, inner strength and reduce stress as you learn the fundamentals of yoga in a small group, so time can be given for personal support, detailed instructions, hands-on-adjustments and help with using yoga props.
This workshop is for men with little or no yoga experience, but, of course, also for those who want a refresher of the basics.
In this workshop you will learn:
- Basics of movement & breathin
- Safe movement of the spine
- Adaption of yoga poses for different body types
- Proper use of Yoga-Props (blocks, straps, bolsters, etc.)
After the workshop you will be well prepared to visit the Level 0,5 class at PEACE OUT YOGA and maybe even the Level 1 classes.
