This yoga beginner's workshop is designed to slowely and safely introduce you to a yoga practice that will benefit your body and your mind in yoga and in your everyday life. Increase flexibility, inner strength and reduce stress as you learn the fundamentals of yoga in a small group, so time can be given to personal support, detailed instructions, hands-on-adjustments and help with using yoga props. This workshop is for anybody with little or no yoga experience, but of course also for those who want a refresher of the basics.
In this workshop you will learn:
- basics of movement and breathing
- safe movement of the spine
- adaption of yoga poses for different body types
- proper use of yoga props (blocks, straps, bolsters, ...)
After the YogaIntro Workshop you will be well prepared to visit the level 0,5 class at PEACE OUT YOGA or maybe even the level 1 classes.
