Eric began yoga in Toronto, Canada where he practiced and learned the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Over the years, Eric's practice grew into a multi-styled approach that can be experienced in the classes he today teaches. Eva blends her body knowledge and movement skills as a long-time ballet dancer into her classes that mix well with her ashtanga and power vinyasa yoga background.
Both Eric and Eva have a passion for human anatomy and creative movement and love sharing this with students whenever they can.
Having been travelling yoga teachers for the past few years and accumulating deeper knowledge and experiences in yoga, the time had come to create a yoga community they could call home that reflects their passions and values,
so PEACE OUT YOGA was born!

We do this by giving students a variety of choices in maintaining a sustainable and enjoyable yoga practice that enables them to better live with the ups and downs of a yoga practice and life.
